This page explains what personal data we collect through this site, what we do with it and what rights you have.
Data controller

Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, the following data is collected and passed to our internal enquiry-handling tool:
- what you enter: name, email address, company, phone where given, project type, expected timeframe and a description of your need;
- technical data attached to the submission: IP address, browser identifier and referring page.
The technical data serves only to limit automated submissions and abuse. It is not used for profiling and is not used commercially.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your enquiry, reply to it and, where relevant, prepare a commercial proposal. It is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
The legal basis is your voluntary act of contacting us, which constitutes pre-contractual measures taken at your request, together with our legitimate interest in protecting the form against automated submissions.
Recipients and hosting
Only those at Glaider SAS responsible for commercial and technical follow-up have access. The data is passed to our internal automation tool, hosted on our own infrastructure, and passes through no third-party analytics or marketing service.
The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Data is held on infrastructure located in France.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are kept for three years from the last exchange. Where a commercial relationship begins, data is kept for its duration and then for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
Technical data attached to a form submission is kept for a maximum of twelve months.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- the right to access data concerning you;
- the right to have inaccurate data corrected;
- the right to erasure;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to object on legitimate grounds;
- the right to portability of the data you provided.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@glaider.fr. We respond within one month. If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
