Glaider

About Glaider

A development and managed-services company based in Toulouges, southern France, started in 2016 as a sole trader and incorporated in 2026.

How we got here

Ten years of activity, in a few steps.

  1. 2016

    Founded

Cédric LOPEZ starts Glaider as a sole trader, establishing what the company still does: development, hosting and systems administration for businesses in the region.

  2. 2016 – 2024

    Consolidation

The business settles around managed services and custom development. The client base grows without changing the direct working relationship that defines the house style.

  3. 2025

    A team takes shape

Corentin DESSAPT and Jayson LEDUCQ join Glaider. The company moves from a one-person operation to a team able to run several projects at once.

  4. 2026

    Incorporation

Glaider becomes a SAS, registered with the Perpignan trade and companies register on 14 January 2026. Kévin CHAILLY takes over as managing director and Kelyan CABO-FARELO joins as an apprentice.

What we hold to

Four principles that show up in how we work, not only on this page.

  • Proximity

You talk to the people who write the code. No chain of intermediaries between your need and its delivery.

    In practice

    • One named technical contact
    • Answers within one working day
    • On-site visits where they are warranted
    • Rooted in the Pyrénées-Orientales
  • Technical rigour

We write code meant to last, on proven technology rather than on whatever launched last month.

    In practice

    • Documented and tested code
    • Technology chosen for longevity
    • Systematic review before production
    • Technical debt addressed, not accumulated
  • Independence

Our solutions rest largely on open-source components. You own your data and remain free to leave.

    In practice

    • Open-source software preferred
    • Data exportable in open formats
    • No proprietary lock-in
    • Source code handed to the client
  • Transparency

We say what is feasible, what is not, and what will cost more than expected — before starting.

    In practice

    • Scope and costs stated up front
    • Problems raised as soon as they appear
    • A misdirected request declined openly
    • Nothing invoiced without discussion
